✏️ What Does ConnectNow Look Like?

A quick look at ConnectNow reveals both the initial landing page and a typical session note. The simple, streamlined menu provides access to key forms and tools, including consent forms, intake forms, and session notes.

The image shows a full Session Notes form. All forms are designed for use on desktop or mobile devices. The session note allows coaches to document key details, including date, time, goals, coaching methods, client response, and follow-up plans. The session note also includes a progress scale. A built-in digital signature area for accountability appears near the bottom of the note.

A coach might work with a client who wants to improve their ability to manage conflict constructively. The coach and the client can rate progress toward this goal during each session using the progress scale in the session note. The coach can then easily graph the client’s progress by using the built-in graphing features of ConnectNow as illustrated below.
